TERRITORY MANAGER IN INDIA

RESPONSIBILITIES• Create, manage database of service dealers in allocated areas in Bangalore.• Approach, convince and enrol automotive service providers in Bangalore region. Meet with Service Dealers, independent workshops, specialist service providers, negotiate the terms of agreement, convince them to enrol to our services• Expect to be on the road meeting service providers at least 4 out of 5 days in a week• Will be responsible for number of dealer enrolments and ensuring usage of Xenon solution  • Address customer issues with Service dealers and ensure improvement in customer experience. Follow up on feedbacks provided by Car Owners.• Regularly visit Service Dealers and maintain relationship by giving them support, information and necessary training and guidance• Ensuring appropriate and timely usage of marketing materialsREQUIREMENTS• At least Bachelor’s degree• Knowledge of the automobile service industry would be ideal• Demonstrated strong results, good at negotiations and convincing B2B customers, • 1-2 years’ experience in the field sales/service business • Process oriented, self-motivated, team worker• Fluency in spoken and written English and Kannada/Tamil
