Roles & Responsibility- Designation-Business Consultant Interact with the clients on telephone for Pre & Post Sales. Follow up with incoming leads. Generate Calling on Sales Leads to convert into Sales. Generating Appointments for BD Team. Communicating prospects over the phone. Send mailers, maintain complete database & reports. Closing of leads. Tele calling & Key account management. Ability to develop & maintain positive working relationship, Flair for tele sales. Good & Pleasing Communication Skills, Excellent telephone courtesy & Client handling. Lead generation,Lead Warming,Telephonic Sales Conversion,Telephonic Service Support,Relationship Management and Sales Target Achievement Ensuring confirmed appointments to be scheduled for the field Salary- 2.4 lakh gross p.a Experience- 6 months - 1 year (if candidate having very good comms in english then fresher also will do) Qualification- Hsc with relevant experience / Graduate fresher with good comms Requirements We are looking for Candidate's age or experience is no problem (training will be provided), marketing products related to IT Software & IT Services. Applying candidate should be able to generate leads by doing online research or Tele marketing or cold calling on prospective clients and co-ordinate to fixing an appointment. Should have some computer hardware and internet knowledge to suggest solutions to the clients. Doing necessary Documentation, other office operations and order processing, Can work on targets, efficient enough to handle calls.
