Job Description Handle a team of Tele Sales Executives. Accountable for Team Member's Productivity & Quality. Call Monitoring and Tagging errors auditing of the Agent. Maintaining the floor discipline. Responsible to maintain various performance reports for monthly & quarterly business reviews. Conduct Pre & post briefing session for entire floor on daily updates. Making roster as per the call flow trend. Responsible for the MIS related report for the Entire process. Responsible for publishing daily Performance report to direct client. Responsible for the Roster making. Responsible for publishing internal and external daily performance dashboards. Coordinating with Team leader for the new update and call centre Performance. Responsible for the Team Escalation.
