Salary: Upto 20k(Depending upon performance in interview) Roles and Responsibilities for Business Development Executive: Identifying new sales leads. Pitching services to prospective clients. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers. Bringing new clients on-board. Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new clients. Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about recruitment. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport. Following up swiftly on sales enquiries and sending out information. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Developing quotes and proposals. Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person Developing sales goals and ensuring they are met. Working Hours: 9:30 to 6:30 Working Days: Monday to Saturday
