Urgently we are looking for US IT Recruiter / Sr. Recruiter / Bench Sales IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team at our offshore office in Bangalore, India. We are considering people with 1 - 5 years' experience in US IT recruitment. People from US IT Recruitment / Bench Sales IT Recruitment Background Should Only Apply. BPO Recruiters Not Applicable. Note: WILLING TO WORK IN NIGHT SHIFTS ONLY SHOULD APPLY. **** NO CABS WILL BE PROVIDED **** Location: Bangalore, India. Skills Needed: Good command in verbal and written communication skills. Excellent Negotiation skills. Good in Relationship management with clients/vendors and consultants. Excellent analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills. Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment. Knowledge in US Tax Terms (/W2/Corp-Corp) Experience Needed: 2 to 6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment. Ability to develop and maintain client / vendor network. Effective in selling strategies with US clients to meet business targets Experience in gathering requirements from direct clients and through vendor management portals. Excellent knowledge in Job portal searches. Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high- paced, changing work environment. Good experience in working with consultants on various visas (H1B, GC, US Citizens, OPT, etc.,) Ability to prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage work time efficiently.
