LOCATION:- SOUTH DELHI Eligibility Criteria: • Any Graduate /Undergraduate • Should be able to achieve targets • Should have got a minimum experience of 1 year in technical Support Process as sales Rep. • Should meet business specific criteria as mention in JD • Good quality scores as it is clear reflection of his/her communication skills. Purpose of the Job • Responsibility to sale Technical Support plans to various partners/customers • Real-Time resolution for the customers • work on the calls to drive Revenue & Conversion while managing all other operational performance metrics. • Should be able to work within the team and must be a good team player Required Skills - Technical and Non Technical • A good communication & Presentation skill. • A clear understanding of value based sales • Should have experience in up-selling/ sales process • Basic knowledge of Operations System troubleshooting from Windows to Window 7 Professional and Home, MAC OS • Ability to effectively identify new virus and spyware issues as they arise. Education & Experience • General IT environment knowledge • Understanding of assigned technology • Commitment to task • Ability to adhere to Policy and Procedure 15 - US Lead Generation process – Fresher with good communication skills.
