USER EXPERIENCE DESIGNER INTERN IN INDIA

Lead the creation of the best web and mobile User Experiences for Potato Labs Mobile and Web Apps. Create effective design solutions to complex problems with easy to understand, aesthetically appealing and consistent user experiences. Follow a user-centered approach by considering market analysis, customer feedback, in-depth site analytics, and user research findings, while achieving buy-in from business, engineering and executive teams. Champion the product UX design process by creating key design deliverables appropriate for each product or feature. These may include: developing scenarios, use cases, high-level requirements, workflows, conceptual diagrams, information architecture, visual interface design, interaction flow, wireframes, low-fi and hi-fi visual mockups, click-through prototypes, as needed for each product.     An online portfolio or work samples demonstrating a range of artifacts developed in creating a variety of stunning user-centered design solutions. This is a requirement for application.     Demonstrated fluency in best practices for web-based and mobile information architecture and responsive design, as well as deep and broad knowledge of usability principles and techniques.     Demonstrated ability to drive the design review cycle, close on design requirements and achieve consensus.    Pursuing  Bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.     Proven ability in a variety of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Visio, Omnigraffle, and Dreamweaver.     Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating beautiful and user-friendly websites, mobile apps and consumer-facing features.     Strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to roll up the sleeves and do what is necessary to meet team goals. - Ability to prototype in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, or Flash.     Experience working with agile development teams (agile/scrum/kanban).     Web-based or mobile application visual design in a global context.     Experience creating style guides, pattern libraries, and other design solutions that drive design across large organizations.     Excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skills; demonstrated success in building buy-in for an innovative, bold, strategic vision.
