NOTE: No Calls, No Night Shifts, No Field Work TITLE:- Customer Service Representative/Front Office Executive/Store Associate JOB DESCRIPTION:- -Handling Retail Outlet and taking care of Services and Processes of Mobiles and connections. -Solving customer queries to a satisfactory level of their requirements and leaving a benchmark. -Ensuring correct and timely feedback provided. -Maintaining quality customer care service. -Creating a strong front line image of the company. -Ensuring positive return on investments and ensuring proper operations of the outlet. JOB LOCATION:- Mumbai (Harbor/Central/Western) Job location would be as per candidate s location. Salary:- P.A. /- to /- Gross + PF + Medical Claim + Incentives up to /- Medical claim and Insurance cover up to 1lakh.
