We have openings for the position of Customer Support Associate(Email Support – Nonvoice Process) to a reputed company in Chennai. Responsibilities: • Single point contact for the client and the senior management for a specific shift • Interface with clients frequently and maintain an excellent relationship with them • Oversee and coordinate client escalated operational issues • Manage and oversee effective dissemination of client information to operations teams Candidate Profile: • Good communications skills in both oral and written. • Should have good typing skills(30 WPM) • Basic knowledge of computers • Should be flexible in shifts. • Only day shifts for Female Candidates.
