Job Description • Keeping the sections properly stocked • Ensuring merchandise with proper security tags on display • Ensuring customer delight in the section • Ensuring work environment conducive for both male and female coworkers • Ensuring learning from the training programs is used on the floor • Communicating any training requirement to DM or Store manager • Ensuring no pilferage or shrinkage on the floor. • Ensuring staff is trained to take on more responsibility Qualification: BBA, B.Com, BCA, MBA, Bsc, BA Experience: Fresher Salary: Best in Industry Work Location: Chennai.
