We are looking candidate for the position of Technical Recruiter with good communication skills and 1-2 years of experience. 1. Responsible for handling full recruitment process for Direct Clients & Vendors in US. 2. Working closely with TL/Account Manager to anticipate requirements & identify potential resource pool. 3. Involved in screening job applications by matching them with job requirements, planning & coordinating logistics & conducting interviews, reference checks and salary negotiation. 4. Develop & maintain network. 5. Maintaining complete Recruitment Database including inflow by augmenting relevant resumes on a periodic basis by various sources. Qualification: Any UG/PG Candidate Requirement 1. Must have experience in dealing W2/C2C with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B candidates. 2. Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit Consultants profiles on time. 3. Should be familiar with job portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Techfetch etc. 4. Proven successful sales record in the U.S IT Staffing and Consulting Industry. 5. Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary. 6. Willing to work in night shifts & work hours Monday to Friday 8:00 pm to 5:00 am IST..
