We are looking for Recruiters for Talent Management Team Job Summary The job role will be to work with the Talent Acquisition team and execute the position given by the client. The candidate has to source the right profile for the client opening. Responsibilities and Duties Partnering with manager to determine staffing needs Screening resumes Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates Administering appropriate company assessments Making recommendations to company hiring manager Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers Following up on the interview process status Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process Staying current on the company’s organisation structure, personnel policy, and laws regarding employment practices Completing timely reports on employment activity Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Any Graduates can apply (MBA Preferred) Immediate joiners Consultancy background preferred.
