JOB DESCRIPTION We require tell caller for inbound calls Key responsibility:- •Making outbound calls for generating Appointments for Business Development Team. •Follow up with incoming leads. •Candidate should have good writing skill so that he/she should send mail, maintain complete database & reports. •Candidate should have a positive attitude & should be goal oriented. •Candidate should have good presentation and convincing skills. •Excellent conversational and customer service. •Multitasking ability. •Good communication skills. •Capture and update customer information accurately. •Call prospective clients and explain product and services. •Prepare and maintain MIS on daily basis of the productivity i.e. number of calls done and how many no of the clients were interested and forward it to the senior. •Providing clients with sound knowledge regarding the products of the company. •Candidate should be well versed in English, Hindi and Oriya should have very good convincing skills. Educational Qualification- Graduation or Post Graduation Experience- 0-2 years CTC- Negotiable
