Attending Inbound calls from customers regarding computer, laptop, pop up, printers, routers, mails etc.. Analyzing the issues correctly and selling the relevant plans and software.. Desired candidate profile: Must Have Experience in Inbound/Outbound Tech Support (10 months-1 year) Must know how to close their calls. Must have good convincing and sales skills. Must be fluent in English Speaking.
