Job Description: •Understand and ability to execute independently the end-to-end recruitment cycle •Coordinating with the colleges regarding the campus recruitments and to attract high quality talent. •Ability to interact and acquire new clients (colleges) through business development activities and maintain existing clients. •Coordination with various stakeholders •Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings •Coordinating, scheduling and implementation of the campus placements/Events with the colleges. Skill Set Required: •Good written and communication skills •Ability to work hard and stretch as the demands of the clients or business •Ability to handle multiple tasks. •Ability to take ownership of task and deliver tasks within timelines.
