Role / Designation Trainer - Civil Education Diploma/ITI/B.E/btech (Civil) Minimum Years of Experience 0 – 4 Years Key Responsibilities  End to end Civil Training for a region.  Modify and compile training modules.  Theory and practical training delivery or as per client requirement  Preparation of training schedule.  Hand holding of trainees.  Coordinate assessment and evaluation of trainings completed.  Maintaining relevant records our training sites.  Share feedback for improvements if any.  Travel to client sites within the allotted region. CTC: Upto /- p.a. (based on experience & skill sets) Accomodation will be provided for employees residing in other states apart from Orissa. Employment Type: On probation for 6 month.
