COLD CALLING INSIDE SALES IN INDIA

Minimum 1 years of Experience in cold calling /Lead generation in IT/BPO sales environment Should have worked in the India and/or US and/or Europe markets and/or Middle East and should have sold BPO service offerings Effective oral and written communication skills. Be able to understand various accents of English speaking customers across the globe. Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of customer though various mode including Telecon and video conferencing. Team player with willingness to work with cross-functional teams. Technical skill sets: Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point. Exposure to CRM/ERP tools will be an added advantage
