Job Description For Customer care Executive in English 1. To attend the inbound calls from customers. 2. Customer’s issue has to be addressed immediately and provide information about product if required. 3. Application forms have to be entered in the system. 4. Verification has to be done for the applications received. 5. Capturing customer’s feed back. 6. Give welcome call for the customers. Skills required: 1. Should be a U.G. graduate in any discipline. 2. Fluency in English & Tamil. 3. 0- 1 yr Experience. 4. Has to come in shift. No Night shift. 5. Salary – from 10 K to 12 K 6. Preferably Male.
