Qualification: Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Textile Technology/Fashion Design or Diploma in computer application Experience: 0-1 yrs Experience in Handloom/Handicraft sector will be an added advantage Job Profile: Manage product catalogue for Client which includes taking/editing pictures, uploading pictures Manage inventory for product catalogue with regular follow-up with client on getting fresh merchandise, ensuring continuous updation of products hence maintaining optimum inventory levels at all times Ensure timely and accurate Order Processing Logistics & Delivery co-ordination Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt Customer Service Track & Report Sales data on regular basis and take necessary steps to improve sales Key Skills: Basic understanding of product photoshoot Knowledge of Photoshop & image editing is mandatory Strong computer knowledge of excel, powerpoint, web browsing. Any other additional IT skills like html will be an added advantage. Understanding & interest in the Handloom & Handicrafts sector Basic Merchandising skills & Knowledge about Inventory management Key analytics skills like sales analysis etc. Good written and verbal communication Salary: As per company standards
