About the Role We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Executive to join our team. for recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. Responsibilities Assist with recruitment efforts, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Onboard new hires, ensuring they have all the necessary information and resources to be successful. Manage employee relations, including handling leaves of absence, performance issues, and terminations. Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations. Develop and implement HR initiatives to promote employee engagement and retention. Staff Attendance record Maintenance and updating in excel attendance sheet. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR.
