Post: - Operation Head ELIGIBILITY: o Very importantly, the candidate should have pleasant personality and should be good with words. o The candidate should essentially be a graduate in any discipline. The candidate should be able to give extra hours when situation demands. o Ability to work in team and plan tasks will be highly appreciable o Good Knowledge of Computer, Good hold on applications like MS-Office and MS-excel will be appreciable. o Candidate should be 10 years and above experience. o Salary will be 20000/- to 40000/- in hand o Salary is negotiable for right candidate o Job Location:- Kolkata Job Responsibility Organise, coordinate and have general oversight of all workshop staff and activities Oversee overall management, planning and controls of daily work activities Meet weekly with the Technical Team and Sales Team to discuss scheduling of work in a planned manner including distribution of resources such as labour, tools, vehicles etc Progress projects on a micro scale through ordering of goods in liaison with the Technical Team, Workshop Team and Administration Manager, organization of suppliers deliveries organization of labour and manipulating work schedules to meet agreed time frames/dead lines Progress installation and commissioning by co-ordination with the client and staff Continually work towards excellence in Process Flow through observation of operational systems and processes during day to day work Provide monthly reports to Management on all operational activities via attendance at the monthly meeting Contact Person:- Bandana Paul Any Query regarding location, interview or any other information Call us.
