Apply SHARE THIS JOB WITH FRIENDS Summary Attend inbound calls and ensure that cases and interactions are logged correctly in CRM. Resolve customer queries, ensuring that a high standard of customer service is maintained. Make outbound calls to customers when required in line with Client / Company guidelines. Work productively whilst maintaining exceptional call/data quality standards in line with targets. Contribute to the team through open and regular communication with peers / supervisors. Maintain regular and punctual attendance in line with company policies and procedures. Perform other duties commensurate with the post as per Client and Management guidelines in a unique manner.
