IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER IN CHENNAI
Candidates who are Freshers/Recent graduates/Candidates with backlogs or relevant experience can apply Resolve customer problems via the telephone, the web or Auto Support Research customer issues in a timely manner and follow up directly with the customer with recommendations and action plans Escalate cases to other more senior Technical Support Engineers and/or Escalation Engineers when the problem is too complex or falls out of specific area of expertise Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary Stay current with system information, changes and updates Gather customer's information and determine the issue by evaluating and analysing the symptoms Monitors and tracks issues to ensure accurate resolution Possess good analytical skills - detail oriented Possess good communication skills, both oral and written Be familiar with Microsoft applications and working knowledge of MS excel Have a good attitude - should be committed to the work Contact Person: YAMUNA HR Contact Number: 7305323220 Contact Timings: 10 am to 6 pm
