Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams. Good Command over Language. Complete knowledge of all kind of software issues (Virus, windows,operating system issues, printer issues, routers, internet.) Experience in technical sales only. Candidates Profile: Must Have Experience in Outbound /Inbound Tech Support /Sales for more than 8 months to 1 year Must know how to close their own calls. Must have good convincing skills. Must have Experience in handling calls of printers, routers and anti viruses Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, router, Email issues, Mac, i-Phone, i-Pad Salary: Rs.15,000-25,000/month (fixed)+Huge Incentives Benefits and facilities: Fixed Salary credited on 1st of every month In Salary Account +Huge Incentives. 24 paid leaves in a year + 15 comp off + Paid B'day leaves No Extension of Shift Timings Salary: Not a bar for a right candidate.
