Position: Tech Support Associate Job Description: Should have the good selling skills with the thorough technical knowledge. Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams. Complete knowledge of all kind of software issues (Virus, windows,operating system issues, printer issues, routers, internet.) Candidates Profile: Must Have Experience in Outbound /Inbound Tech Support /Sales for more than 8 months to 1 year Must know how to close their own calls. Must have good convincing skills. Must have Fluency in English.
