Instrumentation Engineer - Maintenance Freshers wanted in MNC Preparation of Preventive Maintenance Schedules. Carryout the Preventive Maintenance is carried out as per the pre[pared and approved schedule. Maintenance of all utilities, Manufacturing equipment s and monitoring/indicating equipment s. Calibration of all process and fields instruments implementation of SOPs, SOIs, guidelines and PMPs pertaining to equipment maintenance and instrument maintenance. Ensure that instruments are connected as per the prescribed drawings while installing the equipment s. Shall work with both internal and external resources for installation of various equipment s. Assist in validation of instruments/equipment s in related areas. Documentation and upkeep of records pertaining to equipment s/ instruments maintenance. Modification/automation of existing E&I systems from time to time. Training the field technicians in trouble shooting areas. Spares assessment and control, pertaining to equipment maintenance.
