System Administrator –Windows/ Linux Server with strong networking knowledge and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an urge to excel and willing to work on night shifts. Role: Extend technical support the Clients over email, portal and phone. Ensure that the tickets raised per shift are closed as per SLA and if not escalate as per the escalation Matrix defined. ned. Raise and also technically update the tickets in ticketing system for all the issues handled / worked upon. Shift report generation on daily issues handled / escalated in the form of Daily reports.Creation of Knowledge base. Generation of various weekly & monthly reports. Requirements: Students majoring in Computer Science/Network Engineering, Engineering or Mathematics preferred.Excellent communication written and verbal. Carry out the troubleshooting on Networks and Appliances. Work in a 24 X 7 Environment (NOC).
