LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCE RF ENGINEERS IN INDIA

Mandatory Requirement: a) B.Tech. in the stream of ECE, Must have at least 5 to6 year of experience RF Planning & Optimisation, activities for any telecom project. Job Description: 1. Very good knowledge in RF propagation, antennas, call flow and various optimization techniques.not limited to physical optimization 2. Good knowledge in End to End connectivity of mobile network 3. Hands on experience in optimization of Radio network at Parameter level to improve Key Performance Indicator/Analysis at layer level & protocol. 4. Hands on experience in drive test tools & post processing tools 5. Locations across Telangana state..not limited to Hyderabad city. 6. Providing L2 Support in coordinate with NOC / NHQ FO / Vendor to ensure Network issues resolutions within the committed SLA. 7. Ensure implementation of MOPs and processes for smooth running of day to day operations in coordination with NHQ/Vendor.
