Company Name: A Casting Company (Branded Company) Job Location: Asansol Designation: Foundry In-charge Salary: 20,000 to 35,000 per month Qualification: Diploma/ Betch in Mechanical/ Automobile Experience: Min. 5 to 10 Yrs. in Casting/ Foundry division Job objectives: Ensure highest machine up-time through effective preventive maintenance schedule and effective breakdown maintenance in the plant. Integrate best maintenance practices at the plant. Initiate improvements in order to reduce machine down time to reduce maintenance cost" Job responsibilities: Experience of Maintenance and troubleshooting of Sand Casting Foundry equipment's like Induction Furnace, Moulding Machine, Sand Plant and Shot Blast Machine. Good Knowledge of Hydraulic & Pneumatic system Good Knowledge of Mechanical Drawings Able to handle large team of Engineers and Assistant Engineers Basic Knowledge of CNC and VMC Machines Maintaining all equipment's in healthy condition for maximum output or productivity. Maintaining history of the machines for future reference. To prepare and implement PM plan in consultation with plant manager. Daily downtime review with Shift In-charge. Co-coordinating with all plant heads to update equipment status & report it to Head Maintenance. Analysis of major affected equipment's for finding root cause of the problems. Arranging, leading the meetings to resolve & have corrective preventive actions on identified issues or problems. Implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 systems in given area. Arranging & maintaining spares back up for all equipment's to maintain up time. Monitoring with related departments to complete maintenance related work Review of break-down trends of all the plant for the reliability of the plant and machines. Make available necessary knowledge and resources for any chronic problem. Develop system for records and analysis of break-downs. Implementing new policies as directed by Maintenance Head.
