NETWORKING & SECURITY L1 SUPPORT IN INDIA

Continuous monitoring of link events • First level diagnosis and troubleshooting of all network breakdown calls • Responsible to produce utilization and network health reports periodically • Prepare/maintain Network, cabling, patch panel diagrams. • Ensure necessary preventive maintenance are taken for all active devices • Update regularly inventory and documentation to capture the network changes • Ensure proper back up of all active elements • Monitoring lease lines and backup links • Proper escalations as per defined matrix for all calls • Escalate call to L2 Team for invoking backup and further diagnosis • One point coordination till call closure. • Generate periodic reports as per prescribed formats • Vendor interaction and coordination • Monitoring Firewall & Security logs & basic troubleshooting
