Person will have to work in coordination with all other departments like marketing, procurement, business development etc. Optimize the daily operations in terms of resources and Turnaround time Lead the business fulfillment team to deliver the 48 hours TAT. Oversee the quality control processes at the back-end facility. Manage the hubs and offices of the company through hub admins. Oversee the procurement process for the laundry (like packaging material) Develop sector intelligence for laundry and apply it in the operations of the company. Manage laundry vendors and continuously find quality oriented, experienced and cheaper ones. Gradually expand the city logistics setup to cater to a growing customer base. Continuously hire people for the expanding operations.
