Job Title / Designation: Business Development Executive (B.D.E.) / Business Development Manager (B.D.M) Job Description: •Should have in-house and third party software product selling experience. •Should have the experience of closing deals for ERP Products like Microsoft Dynamics, SAP etc. •Should be self-motivated and should have a passion for marketing & sales. •Create & Manage Technology Partners •Create & Manage Vendors •Willingness to travel •Prepare action plans and schedules to meet the set targets •Lead Generation, and Manage 'Lead Generating' Team. •Understand the software products to be sold and organize pre-sales presentations •Listening to customer requirements and advising accordingly so as to close the deal. •Prepare proposals to the prospective customers •Good negotiation skills regarding terms of sale like price, delivery and customer requirements. •Good verbal and written communication skill with fluency in spoken and written English and other local languages. •Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective customers •Outbound calling to existing and prospective customers to arrange meetings for new business. •Contributing ideas for product developments/enhancements. •Conduct regular team meetings and share the best practices with the team. •Plan and execute in participations in Trade shows/exhibitions and other special sales promotions. •Decent computer operating skills.
