Preparing Salary Structures of new joinees. Preparation of various MIS reports weekly, monthly and quarterly. Maintaining database of shortlisted and selected candidates as well as new recruits. Maintaining and updating the daily, weekly, monthly recruitment status reports Recruiting candidates for various processes through vendors and job portals. Conducting Aptitude tests and co-coordinating with Operations Manager for Final round. Addressing the New Joinees Batch about the documents required for the Offer Letter at the Induction.
