Experience: 6 months and above in Technical Support (Preferably Voice Process). However, since this is a support process of a leading Airline Apps. Call volume would be minimum. Exposure: IOS/Android/Windows/Java Support exposure would be preferred; however any technical support executive or engineer can apply for the same. Eligibility: (Mandatory Criteria): Candidate must be from following educational background only. BE/B.Tech/BCA/BScIT/ME/M.Tech/MCA/MScIT with good interpersonal skills.
