The program can start on any weekday of your choice, subject to availability. The juice diet will aid in the release of toxins, which can manifest as headaches, tiredness, body pains, nausea and/or disturbed sleep, during the retreat. All these symptoms are normal, and only indicate that the body is successfully releasing harmful toxins that have been stored up.
