RECEPTIONIST / HELP DESK IN HSR LAYOUT FOR ECOMMERCE IN INDIA
Job Description Attends customer calls and takes in complaints and issues and records in the computer system. Understands the application and function of various products sold by the Company. Assists the customers in resolving minor problems. Assists Vendor Management Executive in sourcing new Vendors and liaison with Vendors and Sales Calls. Keeps track of office petty cash expenses. Prepares office letters for Managers and Management. Shall be willing to do other admin work like book keeping, logistics followups, etc as required in the office management. Experience Candidate shall be a Degree holder. Good learner and willing to learn technical aspects of the products. Pleasant personality with good English speaking and writing skills. Languages: English is a must. Knowledge of Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu is appreciated.
