Introduction: MyOfficeAdmin (MOA) is an end-to-end office management service providing company. Founded in 2015 by Mr. Abhishek Susarla, with a mission to enable offices and businesses run their core operations without having to worry about the hastles of office management. Currently bootstrapped, the company runs its current operations at Bengaluru and caters the complete office/business management on a single dashboard. Co-founder Operations & Marketing: The leader is expected to have the following traits (few but not limited to): 1. An enterpreneural DNA 2. Excellent negotiation power & communication skills Job Decsription: The Operations & Marketing profile will typically involve: 1. Identify new areas & clients, develop marketing strategies to achieve accelerating growth & market penetration 2. Streamline the process for effective order conversion 3. Plan & schedule tasks in an effective to enable parallel mutli-task running 4. Develop effective tracking system for order followup, client & vendor requirements consolidation & conversion, invoicing etc 5. Identify & develop strategies to identify & aggregate the vendors 6. Arrive at a proper rate sheets through effective negotiation. 7. Develop pricing strategies for the orders executed 8. Keen involvement in evolving the growth & business strategies of the company.
