Job Description- 1. Responsible to handle team of 10-20 associates. 2. Should be able to maintain and achieve SLA's. 3. Preparation of weekly roster and manager overall operations. 4. Handling escalations related to Motor Insurance, health insurance products, hospitalization, claims processing & policy issuance. 5. Providing resolution to customers' complaints & grievances. 6. Maintaining the AHT for the process. Candidate should have the following- 1. Excellent knowledge of Motor Insurance, Health insurance business & related products 2. Should have good communication skills 3. Should be a graduate / under graduate 4.
