Job Title / Designation: Technical Team Lead - CTO (PHP) The Technical Team Lead (PHP) role is located at our head-quarter office in Pune. We are looking for an awesome person who is a coder at heart and enjoy managing and growing engineering teams. You are hands-on team player with entrepreneurial spirit. You must be available right now and are either based in Pune or willing to move here. Job Description: You are responsible to develop and grow our engineering team while meeting and creating company goals on the technical front. You are responsible for product delivery, code quality and architecture. You ensure scalability, security and performance of our platform. You work closely with the founders and set both short- and long-term technical goals. Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate: You successfully finished your academic studies in the field of computer sciences and have 3+ years of experience as a developer You are experienced PHP developer - Knowledge of Phalcon, Zend Framework PHP5 OOP, Yii framework (any framework), MVC, Design Patterns is a plus but not necessary Feels comfortable using HTML5, CSS, SaSS, jQuery, Ajax Have experience with REST API, JSON, SOAP Have experience using any ETL tool is a plus Experience with working in agile environment using scrum board is a huge advantage You are proactive, goal-oriented, reliable and a have a self-structured way of working You are fluent in English Any other value-added skills are embraced with open arms What you can expect From Us: To be treated as a partner.
