CREATIVE WEB DESIGNER Location: Kochi Experience: 3—6 years Key Responsibilities: • Represent the User Experience and translate customer requirements into defined visual specifications. • Develop and maintain design mockups, prototypes, and other design documents. • Maintain Web standards and develop compatible User Interfaces for Web, mobile and other platforms. • Work with development teams to make sure that the workflow reflects the customer's needs and ensure consistency among features. • Participate in product strategy and direction. • Translate business and marketing goals into the best solutions. • Develop expert-level knowledge of competitive and complementary products and bring new ideas to the team. • Define innovative user interfaces and interaction styles which result in improved user productivity. Desired Skills and Experience: • High degree of creativity and interaction design ability • Strong written and verbal presentation skills (ability to communicate one's ideas through their design) • Proven track record and a passion for designing and developing compelling user interfaces • Expertise in visual design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is required • Hands-on experience in HTML5.0/CSS3.0, JQuery, Javascript etc. • Experience in prototyping software such as Axure, Balsamiq, and Proto.io is a plus • Web-based or mobile application visual design in a global context.
