Job Description: Obtain client information by answering / making telephone calls; collecting and verifying information Determine eligibility by comparing client / customer information to requirements Inform clients / customers by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed Skills/Qualifications: Freshers / Tenured candidates with 12th Pass or Graduates (candidates who are pursuing their degree through correspondence or have arrears can also apply) or Engineering Graduates.
