Job Title: Customer Care Representative (EVoice and Non Voice Process) Job Location: Ahmedabad Job Description: Process emails/chats/cases & work on ad-hoc projects as instructed by Team Leaders Meet the hourly/daily/weekly/monthly productivity targets Competency Requirements: Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written) Basic knowledge of computers, internet & online shopping Willingness to work in 24 x 7 work environment Working days: 5 days a week we have day shift, night shift and rotational shift, but its depends on your interview.
