Designation: Audit & Training Executive Role: Audit & Training Executive Education: Any graduation in IT Experience: 1-1.5 yrs. (Exp in relevant profile) Job Description The position entitles the desired candidate to: • Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, regular consultation with managers and human resources departments; • Designing and expanding training and development programmes based on the needs of the organization and the individual; • Producing training materials for in-house courses. • Managing the delivery of training and development programmes and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the organization • Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers. •Preparing/Drafting process documents. • Auditing & monitoring – Process & other general audit Desired Profile -: The prospective candidate should possess: • Having good written and spoken communication abilities. • Being self-motivated and flexible. • Being independent. • Being able to work on several projects at the same time. • Having teamwork skills.
