BPO Inbound Voice job in vashi Inbound Voice, Day rotational shift between: (9:00AM to 9:00PM) in vashi Shift Timings: (9 to 6 & 12 to 9) Any one day week off. Skills Required:- • Very Good ENGLISH & HINDI communications skills. • Excellent customer service skills with or without experience can apply. • Knowledge on Basic computer skills & soft skills • Possess basic Contact Centre operations knowledge • Good reasoning and analytical Skills • Women candidates and candidates with inbound voice experience are highly desirable. Qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate in any discipline except BE & B tech. Screening:- Round 1 – HR interview - HR Round 2 –Sentence construction and Grammar test – HR Round 3 – Final Ops round – Ops. Salary Offered: - Take Home:- as PF+ESIC facility+ Gratuity (8.33%)+ Statutory Bonus of Rs800 per quarter.
