CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE AND BACK OFFICE OR BLENDED PROFILE IN INDIA

BASIC REQUIREMENTS: a) Very good communication in English. b) Both Graduate and undergraduate can be considered. c) Should be willing to work for an year or above. d) Should be a nearby resident for easy commutation / reach & shift flexibility. e) Fresher or Previous experience in a customer support role will be an added advantage. f) Should have very good reasoning & logical approach towards the customer centric activities (as process requires logical people to analyse the situation & respond accordingly). g) Should have flair for excellent customer service & its importance. h) Candidate must have computer knowledge and familiar with MS office (Excel / Word / Power point). i) Candidate must flexible for 12/7 or 24/7,as per the process requirement. j) Typing speed should be 30WPM with 90% accuracy.
