CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE SALES IN INDIA

The sales specialist will place outbound calls to potential customer seeking to purchase solutions of products & services. * Work directly with customers via telephone & email to describe products and/or services in order to persuade potential & current customer to purchase new products and/or services. * We are looking for strong communication skills. * Basic computer & keyboarding. * Consultative selling, customer engagement skills. * Proven ability to achieve targets with a passion for sales. * Ability to work in a team oriented call centre environment. * Exceptional verbal communication skill in English, coupled with professional phone etiquette, * Qualification: Graduation not required, HSC & SSC pass are welcome. * Fresher's can apply * Candidates with experience is BPO's will be given preference.
