The Job responsibilities would include: -Have to recruit candidates using different job portals. -Have to prepare different job formats,and post in different portals. -Making calls and taking Telephonic & Face to Face Interviews. -Training & Handling employee grievances. -Handle the documentation. The following are the prerequisites. * Female candidates are only eligible to apply. * MBA in HR with Minimum 6 months experience in Recruitment. * Should be fluent in English. * Should be smart & have a pleasant personality. * Should Be a computer savvy Duty Hours: 9 am to 6 pm, Working Days: Monday to Saturday Fixed off: Sunday. Salary Negoitable.
