For Buffing and polishing Operater job in Expierence job skills: "Buffing and Polishing Set-Up Operator" 1) Sets and adjusts machine controls according to product specifications,utilizing knowledge of machine operation. 2) Repairs or replaces machine parts to maintain machine in operationalcondition. 3) Removes workpiece and examines finish or luster to ensure surface meetsspecifications. 4) Holds stick of buffing compound or turns valve and depresses pedal toadminister coolant to workpiece surface. 5) Selects and attaches workpiece holding fixture to drive mechanism, andpositions or clamps workpiece to fixture.
