GENERAL MANAGER FOR A RESORT IN WAYANAD IN INDIA

Job description We are seeking applications for the position of General Manager for our resort at Wayanad, Koomankolly Heritage Retreat. We believe in our promise to give our guests the most refreshing Wayanad experience. Key responsibilities will include: The person will be responsible for all aspects of operations at the resort, with a focus on staff management & guests. Managing bookings by liaising with marketing partners. Coordinating the prerequisites required based on client booking. Supervising the overall expenses and reporting to the management weekly. Provide leadership & strategic planning to our service culture and maximize operation. Required Candidate profile Experience managing resorts/homestays. Good organizational skills Excellent leadership skills Good communication skills in English(Must), Hindi, Kannada and Tamil an added advantage.
