The opening is with a software product company and we are looking out for a candidate from a software product company. Responsibilities 1. Generalist profile. 2. Manage a team of recruiters. 3. Should have experience in hiring and attracting Technical Talent - IMP 4. Manage team member for HR ops. 5. Administer compensation and benefit plans 6. Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives 7. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise 8. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace 9. Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies 10. Undertake tasks around performance management 11. Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates 12. Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews 13. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form 14. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities 15. Ensure compliance with labour regulations Requirements. 16. Proven experience as an HR Generalist 17. Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures 18. Good knowledge of employment/labour laws 19. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus 20. Excellent communication and people skills 21. Aptitude in problem-solving 22. Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach 23. MBA in Business administration or relevant field 24.
